When this happens, simply click ‘Forgot Password?’ then enter your email address registered in Everbest website and click Submit. You will receive an email to a link and once you are on this page, you can enter your new password, confirm and click ‘RESET PASSWORD’.
You can register in  shoes website by clicking ‘REGISTER’ at the top of our website, and complete the details required.

Shopping with us

Purchase products easily by going to the product page, pick a size and color you like, and click ADD TO CART button. From there you can GO TO SHOPPING CART, and PROCEED TO CHECKOUT to process the checkout. Finally, you only need to continue with the checkout process and we will contact you to finalize the purchase.
No, you do not need an account in Everbest website to place an order. As your checkout method, just pick ‘Checkout as Guest’ when you are about to checkout.

Online Returns & Exchange

Yes, you can. You may request an exchange within 7 days of purchase, available only for regular price items with terms and conditions apply. Check Return Purchase Procedure.
Unfortunately, you cannot return any merchandise purchased online in EVERBEST physical store.
You are required to send an email to customercare@everbestshoes.com about the item that you would like to return. We will check if it meets the requirements for exchange. You will be notified whether your request is accepted or declined.
