• Know how to prepare collection assortment for seasonal collection based on current collections and budget
• Analyzing bestseller and worstseller for deciding next action plan for buying
• Prepare all purchase order from giving specific instruction to factory, until delivered to each stores
• Communicate and coordinating with supplier for all the orders
• Doing store visits regularly to check the collections and collecting feedbacks
• Prepare merchandise assortment for each stores

The Social Media & Content is a creative thinker with a keen ability to craft thoughtful storytelling and messaging for various media spaces. In this role you will generate, write & produce content for our brands (Everbest, evb* and Tracce) in the following channels: websites, blogs, social media, press releases, e-mail newsletters & fashion magazines.

Day-to-day:

• Write quality content for  Everbest, evb* and Tracce across channels.
• Able to deliver compelling, creative and engaging content.
• Coordinate with mall or dept stores SOSMED for any campaigns/promotions.
• Coordinate with magazine (Fashion magazine & mall magazine ) for any information regarding our new collection and promo updates.
• Compile shoes names for new collection.
• Research for new content ideas and materials.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• S1/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, English or equivalent from a reputable University.
• Advanced skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• 2 - 3 years of proven working experience in copywriting.
• Knowledgeable & have a strong interest in fashion, ecommerce and retail.
• Demonstrates ability to work both independently and with a group.
• Analytical skills with data-driven thinking.
• Well-informed with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Day-to-day:

• Payment process to all outstanding payment
• Sales collection from all stores and/ or department store
• Department store invoicing and payment

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accounting and/or equivalent
• At least 1 years of experience in the related industry.
• Ability to quickly adapt to change

Day-to-day:

• Producing Concept
• Developing patterns
• Analysing trends in fabrics, colour & shapes
• Able to relate the Everbest Group product line, image and taste, especially for Bags & Shoes.
• Able to give insights into the Group's continued growth.
• Sketches and drawing skills both freehand and using computer programs like Illustrator/ Photoshop.

• Able to speak and write in Mandarin.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Art/Design, Textile/Fashion design or equivalent

This is a fast-pace, high impact role that will shape the company’s implementation and execution of the various efforts associated with a marketing plan. Day-to-day:

• You will have the liberty to ensure that product positioning and identity on the brand based on the principal's strategies and directions
• You will responsible to ensure that the right product allocated to the right store in a timely manner
• You will be working closely with the buyer to accurately forecast trends, planning stock levels and monitoring merchandiser performance
• You will be setting prices and planning in store promotions to maximize profitability

• Minimum Bachelor's degree from the overseas university, majoring in Accountancy, Finance, Banking, Mathematics or equivalent
• 1-2 years of working experiences in retail industry preferably ritail fashion company (Bags/Shoes)
• Enjoy working with numbers, pay attention a lot to details, and excellent skills in operating common office applications are the main requirements
• Good analytical and strategic thingking skills
• Strong skills in managing and leading people
• Fluent in English both spoken and written

Day-to-day:

• Create image design and videos with software (adobe premiere, adobe photoshop, adobe illustrator, adobe after effect or other design software).
• Producing, editing, developing and archiving creative content and working in different location and circumstances to get the right images.
• Making of creative content includes: Do photoshoot for existing products (photoshoot preparation, photoshoot and video shoot process, editing and retouching.
• Create and produce content for website, marketplace and social media platforms.
